Lecturer - AC2077HM

The School of Geography and Sustainable Development is seeking to appoint a Lecturer with expertise in political ecology, economic geography, or critical development geography. We are looking for candidates with excellent research profiles or interests in these areas, including development, nature-society, post-colonialism, history, politics, understanding the environment, and theorising the environment. Candidates should have strong skills in qualitative analysis and be capable of contributing to the Geography and Sustainable Development undergraduate teaching programmes and to taught postgraduate programmes.

The successful applicant will join the Geographies of Sustainability, Society, Inequalities and Possibilities (GOSSIP) research cluster, which is one of the three research clusters in the School of Geography and Sustainable Development (SGSD). GOSSIP is home to 10 academic staff and a team of post-doctoral researchers and PhD students.
