Science Technician Apprentice - TG1254SB

The School of Medicine is looking for a motivated person with an interest in research and science education to join the school as a Science Technician Apprentice. The apprenticeship is a 2 year, fixed-term position that is wholly workplace-based, with learning module components managed and assessed by Dundee and Angus College. At the end of the apprenticeship, you will obtain an SVQ in Laboratory and Associated Technical Activities (Education Science) at SCQF Level 7.

 

The successful candidate will learn a variety of scientific techniques alongside supporting the daily running's of research and teaching labs. We are looking for someone who is flexible, enjoys working as part of a team and demonstrates a willingness to develop new skills.
