Teaching Fellow (Maternity Cover) - SB1067

Salary: £31,342 - £37,394 per annum pro rata,
Start: 1 June 2015 or as soon as possible thereafter,
Maternity Cover for 8 months
We are seeking to recruit a fixed term (8 months) teacher in Chemistry to cover maternity leave. The School has a strong teaching ethos and the successful applicant will be required to contribute and engage creatively in the teaching of chemistry, primarily Inorganic, with particular emphasis on using modern IT approaches to enhance our current programmes. We are interested in receiving applications from any branch of chemistry but particularly welcome those who are experienced in inorganic chemistry. The successful applicant will be expected to teach inorganic chemistry at undergraduate level, via lectures, tutorials and lab supervision, and will also oversee and maintain a suite of computer-based learning aids including online test material.
