This position is based in David Russell and Fife Park Apartments.

As a first point of contact for residents and visitors, you will undertake general porter duties including minor maintenance repairs, cleaning, security, and fire safety to required Health and Safety standards.

This position is 36.25 hours per week, 5 days from 7, 52 weeks per year. Weekend and shift cover will be required.
