Applications are invited for a Postdoctoral Research Fellow position in igneous geochemistry to work within the Department of Earth & Environmental Sciences at the University of St. Andrews as part of the consortium “HiTechAlkCarb” to work on geochemical indicators in the roof zones of peralkaline igneous complexes.
You must have a PhD in Earth Sciences or related fields. Experience of Arctic fieldwork, clean laboratory practice and experience of diffraction, EPMA and/or isotope geochemistry are desirable. You must be focused and ambitious, with initiative and a strong ability to work independently.
