Applications are invited for an 18-month Teaching Fellowship in Early Modern European History (c.1450-1770) from 1 January 2017 to 30 June 2018.

The School of History welcomes applications from historians working across the broad field of early modern European history, particularly the history of religion and/or Italian history. The successful candidate will have to be able to deliver at least one Honours module in early modern Italian history. In addition, the successful applicant must be able to deliver or contribute to the teaching of a number of existing modules and courses at Sub-Honours, Honours and taught postgraduate level, including the M. Litt programmes in Reformation Studies and Early Modern History. Please consult the Further Particulars for details.

Applicants should be qualified to PhD level and have experience of teaching at University level.
