The School of Medicine in conjunction with NHS Fife is seeking an individual with wide experience in the development of radiological science in both Health and Higher Education sectors. The successful applicant will be an experienced and highly motivated individual with leadership skills in development within research and education.
This highly responsible post will be 0.6 FTE with the University and 0.4 FTE with NHS Fife. At St Andrews University the post holder will have a specific role of overseeing the development and delivery of cross-sectional imaging into the anatomy teaching in the BSc (medicine degree). At NHS Fife the post holder will be expected to lead development of radiological science at a service level and in research and education. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring that the School and NHS Fife adopts best practice in the use of radiological science and medical education and adhere to the highest standards of research governance.
