The Museum of the University of St Andrews (MUSA) is looking for an engaging individual to join the Front of House team as a Senior Visitor Services Facilitator at weekends. The role will involve welcoming visitors to the museum and helping to interpret the museum and its collection in an enjoyable and informative way, delivering the highest possible standards of customer service. The post holder will be a key holder for the museum and as such, will hold a level of responsibility regarding opening up and closing the museum.

Previous experience of working in a customer-focused environment is essential, preferably within a museum or visitor attraction as well as retail experience, excellent communication skills and a demonstrable interest to working in the museum or heritage sector.

This is a part-time, salaried post, equivalent to 0.4 FTE. Owing to the nature of the post, the working pattern is seasonal. The start date is dependent on availability of the successful candidate.
