Within the RBS Hospitality department, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a reliable hard working individual.  This candidate would be responsible for the delivery of a high standard of customer service in a fast paced catering environment.  This is a key position where you will be an integral part of the success of the business.  

Together with the rest of the Hospitality team you will supervise and grow the business. You will be responsible for the day to day running of multiple style events ranging from corporate meetings to weddings in various buildings across the University.   You need to be highly motivated, with a passion for good service and a great personality and the ability to work well under pressure. Experience of a supervisory role in the hospitality industry is essential.  

Good people skills are essential as is the ability to engage proactively with customers and to have a positive can do attitude.  

You must ensure compliance with all aspects of health and safety and food hygiene standards and adherence to the relevant legislation, as well as the University’s codes of practice.
