You will work with Professor Kevin Laland on an ERC funded project to investigate the evolution of social learning using mathematical models.   

You should have a PhD in Biology or a relevant adjacent discipline, experience of population genetic/game theory modelling and a good knowledge of social learning research.  

The post is available from 1 November 2011 (or as soon as possible thereafter) for a period of 1 year, potentially extendable to 2 years.
