An exciting and challenging opportunity has arisen to work in the Cash Office Section of Finance.        

The role of the Cash Office is to process all University income that is received from students, customers, and departments accurately and into the correct systems as per the operating procedures.  We deal with all student enquiries regarding payment of fees, arranging installment plans, providing information regarding student loans and generally providing financial advice to ensure that a high level of service is offered.     

In addition, our section supports the Advice and Support Centre situated in North Street handling student enquiries in person. 

We are hoping to recruit a highly motivated, conscientious team player, with excellent customer service skills, who will be able to deal with processing receipts and refunds. You should also be IT competent and have excellent numeracy skills.

Personal qualities should include outstanding communication and organisational skills, adaptability, initiative, and ability to work with a minimum of supervision.

The hours of work will be 36.25 hours per week.
