We wish to appoint to a Readership/Professorship in Philosophy.  You will take up post on 1 September 2015, or as soon as possible thereafter.   

You will have an outstanding international reputation for research in philosophical logic, philosophy of language, metaphysics, philosophy of mind or epistemology, to complement and extend our strengths in these and related areas. Together with existing staff, you will contribute to the leadership of the Arché research centre.  

In addition, the successful candidate will offer a range of undergraduate and graduate teaching and supervision. She or he will also carry out standard administrative tasks, as required.
