Details
The University of St Andrews is seeking an inorganic or physical chemist, preferably with experience in the synthesis and characterisation of zeolites or related materials using the ADOR method. Experience in gas adsorption studies using these materials will also be an advantage. The position is for 9 months in the first instance and is funded through the EPSRC. The successful candidate will join the research group of Professor Russell Morris. The project will involve close collaboration with groups in Prague (Czech Republic) to assess the potential applications of these materials in various areas.

The successful candidate should have a PhD in chemistry or related subject, ideally with experience of the DOR chemistry associated with zeolites or similar materials. Further information can be obtained informally by contacting Professor Russell Morris rem1@st-andrews.ac.uk.
