The School of International Relations is looking to appoint a Secretary who will be responsible for providing support for undergraduate teaching within the School.  The successful applicant will be the first point of contact for students and staff regarding undergraduate matters, as well as providing administrative support to all academic staff within the School.  The role holder will also be responsible for producing the School teaching timetable, and booking rooms using the S+ system, as well as providing administrative support for The Centre for Peace and Conflict Studies.

You will be educated to Higher or equivalent educational level; have previous experience of working in a busy office, demonstrating an ability to work to tight deadlines.

Applicants should note that the post will be on a job-share basis of 2.5 days per week (Wed pm, full day Thursday and Friday)
