Salary: £15,356 - £17,528 per annum,
Start: 1 June 2015 or as soon as possible thereafter
The School of Computer Science is looking for a Secretary to support the teaching and research within the School. The successful candidate will be required to deal with a variety of tasks to support the effective administration within the school.
Good organisational skills and the ability to work independently and within a team are essential. Excellent word processing abilities along with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office are required. Internet and e-mail skills are essential. A pleasant telephone manner and good customer service skills are highly desirable.
You should be educated to standard grade level or have the equivalent relevant experience, particularly having held a secretarial role.
This is a full time post starting 1st June 2015 or as soon as possible thereafter.
