individual with both service management and technical skills seeking to
progress their career in a busy and innovative workplace at one of the UK’s

of University’s future. You will play a
key role in embracing new technology, managing change, and delivering the
University’s digital strategy in collaboration with Libraries and Museums.
In supporting busy Libraries and

international reputation for excellence, you will be a highly-motivated

ability to support, develop, and enhance a significant number of systems
including software to manage the Library and Museum’s modern and heritage
collections, student reading lists, self-service technology, and e-resource
access management. You will provide
vital strategic digital guidance to all the teams in the Library and Museums
and manage a significant number of relationships with third-party suppliers.
You will be located in and work closely with colleagues in
the University’s IT Services, leading and collaborating with them on the
delivery of critical digital enhancement projects. Increasingly, Library/Museum systems are
being integrated with other University systems; you must maintain a broad
overview of the Library/Museum systems architecture and facilitate integrations
with other University systems. Playing a
key role in the delivery of the University’s digital strategy, you will be able
to provide advice and recommendations on enterprise application investment
needs and development.
