Estates Department, Salary: £27,924 - £33,309 per annum, Start: As soon as possible

An experienced Service Management Co-ordinator is required to join the General Office team in Estates. The post holder will be responsible for leading our service desk team to provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer issues which may arise.

You should be qualified to SVQ level 4/HND or equivalent and have substantial experience in a complex busy office environment. You should have excellent IT skills combined with customer service experience. A problem-solving attitude with the ability to motivate your team to achieve specific goals are essential skills to perform well in this position. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure high quality customer support and increased customer satisfaction.

Excellent terms and conditions apply – full-time post 36.25 hours per week (8.45 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday, with one hour for lunch), 34 days annual leave; contributory pension scheme.
