School of Modern Languages, Salary: £33,797 - £40,322 per annum, Start Date: 1 January 2021 and 1 July 2021 or as soon as possible thereafter

The School of Modern Languages is seeking to appoint 2 Associate Lecturers in Chinese Language (Standard Chinese/Putonghua/Guoyu) from 1 January 2021 and 1 July 2021 respectively, or as soon as possible thereafter.    

Candidates must have at least a good Honours degree and should possess native or near-native language skills in Chinese and English. Experience in teaching Chinese as a foreign language, preferably in the UK higher education system, is essential.
