Details
The role involves providing technical support for the School’s world-class teaching and research activities. The successful candidate will work with the School's existing technicians and computing officers in developing and maintaining software and hardware systems used in the School. The role will involve supporting research and teaching staff and undergraduate and postgraduate students on hardware and software projects. Duties will include hardware and software deployment and maintenance, software and hardware testing and fault-finding, implementation of data security procedures, advising on computer hardware specification and procurement, network maintenance and lab and buildings maintenance.
