The Centre for Educational Enhancement and Development (CEED) requires a Digital Education Developer (DED) to join CEED’s Technology Enhanced Learning team and report to CEED’s Head of Learning Technology and IT Skills Development.  Applications are invited from highly-motivated and creative practitioners. This is an exciting time for the team as it looks to expand the range of services it offers, and stakeholders it supports across a growing range of modes of delivery.  

 

The DED should be a creative and experienced individual, ready to join our inter-disciplinary team working with other DEDs, Learning Technologists, Technical Specialists, Digital Media Developers and academics. You will be responsible for designing, building and developing programmes, modules and short courses working with academic partners, and with the wider team.  

 

Applicants should be educated to degree level or equivalent, with a qualification in learning technology or desirable equivalent.  They should also have a proven track record of hands-on experience of software and hardware to support learning & teaching; excellent communication and digital literacy; and strong communication, presentation and organisational skills.
