School of English Salary: £33,797 - £36,914 per annum Start Date: 15 October 2021, or as soon as possible thereafter Fixed Term: 1 year

We wish to appoint a Postdoctoral Fellowship for 1 year within the School of English, commencing 15 October 2021, or as soon as possible thereafter.  You will be a research-active scholar in the field of eighteenth-century literature and culture with a commitment to delivering high-quality research within the broad field of English literature.  

The successful candidate will be expected to have a range of interests and a specialised knowledge that strengthens or complements those in the School and to be capable of participating in the School's research culture.   

Candidates should hold a PhD in a relevant discipline. You should also have some familiarity with public engagement.
