You will be a research fellow on the EPSRC funded project "Fourier Analytic Techniques in Geometry and Analysis". You should hold, or be about to obtain, a Ph.D. degree in Mathematics, and have a knowledge of, and research experience in, Fourier analysis in connection with dimension theory and fractal geometry or an appropriate area of analysis such as ergodic theory, stochastic processes (Brownian motion, Lévy processes) or hyperbolic geometry. You will be a member of the successful Analysis Research Group.

For more details about the School see https://www.st-andrews.ac.uk/maths/. For more details about the project, including the detailed case for support, contact the principal investigator Dr Jonathan Fraser (jmf32@st-andrews.ac.uk).
