We are looking for a Deputy Head of Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) to join the central EDI Team, reporting to the Head of Equality & Diversity (line management).
The role will deputise for the Head of E&D on managing the EDI Team and its functions, which centrally leads, advises, guides and supports all functions of the University on EDI. The role will also provide reporting and undertaking meetings with members of the Principal’s Office, on institution-wide progression of funding related accreditation, and statutory reporting.
The post will provide a strong strategic and operational service to all schools and units, with an enhanced level of service provided to HR teams in terms of equality law compliance, data reporting, recruitment, training, and policy development/review.
