We seek to appoint a fixed-term Associate Lecturer (Education Focused) in Planetary Science who will contribute to our undergraduate and postgraduate teaching in topics in planetary sciences, including astrobiology, planetary geology, geobiology and remote sensing, during the academic year 2022/23. The School of Earth and Environmental Sciences offers two BSc Honours degrees in Geology and Environmental Earth Sciences, an integrated Masters in Earth Science (MGeol), two taught MSc programmes, one in Geochemistry and another in Strategic Mineral Resources, and several summer school programmes. The post is a fixed-term one expected to run from July 2022 for 12 months to provide cover for maternity leave.
