Research Fellow - AR2318SB

The School of Physics and Astronomy advertises a Research Fellow position in experimental photonics dedicated to the development of flexible metasurfaces for optomechanical and biophotonics applications. The applicant should have research experience in the design and/or fabrication and experimental characterization of photonic metasurfaces, preferably in the visible range, supported by a good publication record. Knowledge of optical manipulation, biophotonics and microscopy is welcome. The initial contract is for two years with the possibility of further extension in due course.
