Operations and Project Manager - AD2789RH

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated, customer focussed and resourceful manager to lead the Residential Services teams across the University as well as project manage small and large refurbishment projects and HMO license process across the Residences.

 

Excellent customer services, planning and organisational skills and people management skills are essential.  Project management, communicating clearly and confidently both verbally and in writing, as well as managing large and complex facilities are key aspects of the role.

 

You should preferably by qualified to HND, MA, BIFM or equivalent and have proven experience in facilities or property management and project management or relevant experience within the hospitality or higher education sector.
