Kitchen Porter - RM5872

Residential and Business Services catering department are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join our busy catering team.  

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation.  

You will play a vital role in supporting our chefs and food service team, ensuring the kitchen operates efficiently, safely, and hygienically.  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Washing dishes, utensils, pots, and pans.
  • Maintaining cleanliness throughout the kitchen and food preparation areas.
  • Assisting with the delivery, storage, and organisation of stock.
  • Removing waste and recycling in line with procedures.
  • Supporting chefs with basic food preparation when required.
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations.
  • Keeping kitchen equipment clean and ready for use.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliability, punctuality, and flexibility.
  • Previous kitchen or catering experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
