CAPOD Administrator - CG1586SB

The Centre for Academic, Professional & Organisational Development (CAPOD) requires a part-time administrator to join CAPOD’s administrative team and report to CAPOD’s Co-Director.  The administrator will have varied duties, including playing a key role in acting as a first point of contact for visitors to CAPOD, and providing support for CAPOD’s 1:1 student appointment service, and administration support for CAPOD’s student ‘passport’ programmes. 

Applicants should be educated to HNC/HND level or equivalent and have relevant administrative experience in an office environment.  They should also have excellent communication, IT and customer service skills, and a high level of attention to detail. Training will be provided on requisite IT systems.

The hours of work are 8.45 am - 5 pm, three days per week, (likely Monday, Thursday, Friday).
