Key Responsibilities:

 

As Event Operations Summer Supervisor, you will:

  • Ensure the highest standards of customer care and satisfaction across all food and beverage operations.
  • Supervise and support the food & beverage team during service, promoting a positive, efficient, and collaborative work environment.
  • Lead by example in all aspects of service delivery, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience for all guests.
  • Oversee compliance with Licensing Laws, Food Hygiene Legislation, and University Health & Safety policies.
  • Assist with planning, set-up, and logistics for upcoming events to ensure operational readiness and excellence.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in food & beverage operations or hospitality supervision.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate a team.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A hands-on approach and willingness to take initiative.
  • Flexibility to work across various venues and event types, including evenings and weekends.
  • A strong understanding of health & safety and hygiene standards.
