Disability Adviser (Grade 6) – University of St Andrews

We’re looking for a Disability Adviser to join Student Services, supporting students with disabilities to reach their potential at university.
Key tasks include:
🔹 Assess student needs and coordinate tailored support
🔹 Advise staff on inclusive practice and reasonable adjustments
🔹 Support DSA applications and deliver training
🔹 Work as part of a collaborative, student-centred team
You’ll bring:
✔ Experience of supporting disabled students in higher education
✔ Knowledge of disability legislation and inclusive practice
✔ Excellent communication and organisational skills
