Registry Administrator (Student Journey Team) – CG3747MR

An opportunity has arisen to join the Academic Registry as an Administrator in the Student Journey Team. The main function of the Student Journey Team is to provide professional services to applicants, current students and staff in Schools and other Units.

Academic Registry is a key central administrative service of the University supporting Schools, students, senior management and external stakeholders through admissions, the administration of student records, curriculum, compliance and scholarships, and management of systems and data. Members of staff are required to work flexibly and provide support across the Unit according to the priorities of the academic cycle. Registry staff initiate, shape and support institution-wide projects, effecting improvements in key strategic areas including the overall St Andrews student experience. The Unit actively supports the University’s strategy with various projects and cross-unit functions.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual with a commitment to excellent customer service. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a flexible approach. The role focuses on the co-ordination, delivery and development of services relating to student and applicant records, processes and customer experience from application to graduation.

Further information and informal enquiries may be directed to Michele Goodwin, Registry Officer (Student Journey Team – Undergraduate and Fees), email: mg95@st-andrews.ac.uk, Tel: 01334 462117.

The University is committed to equality for all, demonstrated through our working on diversity awards (ECU Athena SWAN/Race Charters; Carer Positive; LGBT Charter; and Stonewall). More details can be found at http://www.st-andrews.ac.uk/hr/edi/diversityawards/.
