Environment Manager – AD4864GB

This post is based in the University Environment Team, which is part of Estates. Reporting to the Sustainability Services Manager, the post-holder will lead on waste management, environmental compliance, resource reduction projects and sustainability initiatives, through improved waste management and behaviour change programmes. Within the context of the University’s Sustainability Strategy, the University is also looking to implement Circular Economy techniques to minimise our impact on the environment.

 

You will contribute towards to the University’s 2035 net zero target and sustainability positive agenda through high quality data analysis and identification of waste reduction measures and sustainability initiatives. You will seek to improve efficiency of goods and resources and identify effective ways to ensure the University can meet its agenda on sustainability and social responsibility.
